Katie Roth, Julie Koopmans, Janelle Koopmans, and Katherine Harvey have all qualified for the upcoming OCAA Badminton Provincial Championships being held at Redeemer on February 17-18th. All four Royals secured their spot with top 3 finishes at this past weekends Regional Championships.

Redeemer finished the tournament with a win-loss record of 28-15. Each member of the Royals Badminton team finished with a winning or even record. The Women's team walked away with second place overall as a team while the entire badminton team placed second in the overall team trophy standings.

Julie Koopmans - 5 wins, 2 losses and qualified third in women`s singles. 
Janelle Koopmans and Katherine Harvey - 4 wins, 2 losses and qualified third in women`s doubles.

Dan Vanden Boogard and Jeremy Stevens - 3 wins, 3 losses
